All services are delivered digitally and customized based on individual client needs.

Due to the custom nature of our consulting and production services, all fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Service terms, deliverables, and timelines are agreed upon with each client prior to engagement.

If we are unable to fulfill agreed-upon services, a pro-rata refund will be issued for undelivered work.

• After work has commenced: Cancellations are subject to charges for work completed to date.
• Ongoing services: You may cancel recurring services at any time with 14 days written notice.

Payment: Payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, clients receive full rights to final deliverables. We reserve the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery: Project timelines are estimates and confirmed in writing before work begins. Timelines may be adjusted based on client feedback or material provision.

Confidentiality: Client business information and project details are kept confidential and not shared with third parties without permission.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.

We reserve the right to decline service to:

• Businesses in sanctioned countries or regions
• Projects that violate intellectual property rights or applicable laws
• Content that promotes illegal activities, hate speech, or violence

All content created must comply with applicable laws and platform guidelines.
